Hey all,
Was talking to a guy who works with Mom and he was eyeing some of my cars for Demo use. We got to talking after he came out and he mentioned this old Dodge Truck he had. Didnt know the year, but it was 70s. We decided to trade vehicles, this Truck for the Cordoba body shell I had, it was worthless, and was going to be hauled off. (I already picked it over and the 400-4v and trans were out, duh, I kept um).
So, looked at it yesterday, it was a go, so he brought it home today. Pics:
Pretty much a low-line Truck, a 225 (out of a car) with a Super Six, Granny Gear NP435 trans, and a broken 9 1/4 rear (driveshaft just spins, maybe broken spiders, dunno).
Got it home, put gas in it, a bettery, then primed it up, she lit right off! Not bad for sitting since 97! Purrs like a kitten and will idle all day long! Has good pressure (has gauge) and dont knock one bit. Even the gas gauge works.
