This is the guy from whom I got a bunch of nice used metal for my Charger.

restoman can attest to how good the stuff was.

This guy is about done with eBay and the business, so, he's clearing it all out.

I'd love to grab the 53/54 Royal dash just for decoration, but I don't know what I'd do with it.

Anyone know how long that might be?

*eyes crappy bar top*

That dash would look cool hanging on the wall...if it was complete you could wire up a power converter and have it light up when you turn on the lights...or as a night light....:p

I have a 69 300 grille I'm gonna cut up and mount on the wall...eventually...[smilie=::

you wouldnt need a power converter....even an old PC powersupply in the 100watt (yeah were talking pre pentium here guys) will run MULTIPLE dashes..150 will run a full grill with headlights!

Damn good info to know...Thanks... :2thumbs:

You'd just have to figure out a way to reasonably balance the load between the different 12v rails-in most pc supplies I've seen, they're separate.

i would like to make a chair or a couch out of a trunk. seats are nice if done right and put in a reckroom. front ends that are cut just in front of the wheel and mounted are nice and get the hood to open and have the lights come on while yor watching TV and you think your at the drive in. chromed out bumpers make good edging for shelves. and a friend of mine has a 55 caddy steering wheel for a door knob and the handle for the door and that is spectacular when you see it. i have old slicks i want to get glass cut and out on top. and use them for end tables. but my wife cant get her brain around it . altho i am going to put a fuel pump in the living room when it is done. it will hold records. maybe i will reproduce some in fiberglass and sell them who knows. ever seen the engine that is a coffee table and a wine holder? looks good to. so i say go for it:giggedy: YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE.[smilie=f: and its your house not your dads.:bwuhaha::bwuhaha::bwuhaha::bravo:JUST DO IT:cool::cool::cool:
