Gold Duster

Guy who lived a few houses from me had Restoman do a full resto on a Gold Duster. Nice little car. :)
Wouldn't mind the ones on the bottom!!

My Duster was originally a Gold Duster (before we mutated it), it had a 225 auto, half vinyl top, air conditioning, Gold Duster stripes and decals...it was just a trim package on the Dusters, nothing really special or rare though.

Here is what mine looked like when we got it.

Uh...oops. A little late now. ;)

I guess I could always put it back if I wanted to, don't want to right now though. :shifty:

feather duster had an aluminum bumper right?
That plus aluminum intake, aluminum-cased overdrive 4-speed (if you chose the manual trans), hood and trunk bracing, hood and trunk lid.

cool. I was talking to my bro last weekend and the subject of feather dusters came up(the car you sick bastards) I told him I thought it had an aluminum front end but felt the fool for saying it and quickly backed away from that comment. I was pretty sure they had an aluminum bumper though.

With all that, you'd think it would be more weight savings but it's supposedly only 180-187 pounds depending on the source. With the 4-speed and the rear-end ratio, they were supposed to be good for 30 mpg back in the 70's. Still cool if you ask me though. Get some of that stuff, some fibreglass or aluminum fenders and lightweight doors with a rowdy V8 and it would be a fun street car :shifty:

Put the air back in! How am I supposed to sprout stiffies on my man boobs if you don't???
