GM is hit with another huge blow as sales of the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette will be suspended due to a pair of new recalls that affect approximately 2,800 units.
Car and Driver reports that Chevrolet dealers have just received an indefinite stop-sale notice.
The first problem involves a driver's side airbag that could come unseated when deployed in a crash, thereby increasing the risk of injury. Moreover, the parking brake may not have been properly installed.
Most of the affected Corvettes are still in dealer lots. It remains to be seen whether some of them can be found in Canada.
