It's a nothing car with a nothing engine and whole bunch of inexpensive, half-assed modifications. $69,950 is a "fraction of what it 'coast' [sic] to build". Yes, Matilda, 63/12ths technically is a fraction, but that's not the usual way to colloquially use the term.

They couldn't be bothered to cut the lower hose to fit, but they literally put Armor All on the slicks' driving surface.

$17K would be too much for this car. It's a '66 Satellite, not a 2nd-generation Charger.
