We just got back from Punta Cana and it was great! But one incident like that and I wouldn't be traveling to any foriegn countries for a long while!
Had a friend and his wife travel to Italy years ago who had a bandit tap his handgun on the window of the car they were sleeping in for him to open the window while his wife slept in the back seat in a truck stop.He managed to start the car quickly and get away! He told me later he wished he had one of my guns to tap back.
