well i must say once again....the guy next door RULES...him and his wife are cleaning out the garage cause its her "entryway" to her office(home realitor and has a license inspection renewal next week)..anyway he gave me FREE a working BIG craftsman bandsaw..looks like its a 1970s beast says "12 inch" on it...and it will take sanding belts too all nicely bolted to its crafstman big base..along with it a old old OLD craftsman radial arm saw(no clue what ill do with it) the tag on it says h58 and by the looks and color i can totaly belive its a 1958 model..the bandsaw has a L75 on it and its electric motor has a M76 on it so i think its month/year

today i get a knock on the door..wanna make 50$...he busted his key off in the ignition of his mini van so i had to pull the ignition out..also did a bunch of other stuff too.......ive never had ppl next door this cool in my entire life...seems there still are great ppl in this world

seems now my shops only missing a mill

Which neighbors are you talking about? The ones in front of you or the ones next to you? :wtf:

Ahh ok I gotcha now. For a second I was thinking you were talking about Bilbo and his wife. :D Don't know their real names but I remember his liscence plate......wasn't he a clown or something? :wtf:

lol i belive so

well boot thanx forthe linky....

ran the part #'s 113 24201 (bandsaw) and 113 29002(saw) and the bandsaw came up 1974...the saw is so old it doesnt list a date LOL..thinking my 1958 theory is correct

nice to know i can get just about any part for em still

Wish I could find "free" batteries for my digi-cam. just hauled another load home from her moms (she's moving) In the box of "scrap metal" was a little bitty starrett 1 inch micrometer, that works just fine now than you beddy much, a Snap-on 3/8's drive ratchet and a mish mash of a punch and chisel set. Lots of carpentry type stuff to go thru now.

I wish I had neighbors like that. :( I'm sure they are nice but, I'm learning how to speak Japanese. They did give me a housewarming gift which was a watermelon. Best one I have ever eaten in my life!!
