Found a home with a 3 car garage

My girlfriend and I think we have a found a nice place to buy. Then I called the exwife to see when she was sending in the divorce papers. And with GF listening she told me under no terms was she signing any divorce papers she changed her mind she was never divorcing me. ( it was her idea that started the divorce )

So we have put the house building plans on hold, the GF has her house on the market but there is a lot of condo's for sale. I hope I get the divorce done before she sells house this could turn out bad if she sells but I can not be co-buyer for new home as alone neather of us qualify for a 350K loan but togather we do. So if the divorce is still not done she will have to buy a little place on her own...


When we were looking at model homes GF made sure there was room for a project car in the 3 car garage so I think I will keep this one..
