Netherland's Beitske Visser displayed an impressive performance during last week, four-day collective test of the World Series by Renault Formula Renault 3.5 championship.

Driving for Adrian Valles's AVF team, the 19-year-old Visser ranked 14th overall on the opening day of the test held at Catalunya di Montmelò near Barcelona, Spain.

However, on day 2 in pouring rain, she set the fastest time. She then ranked second overall on the next two days, beaten only by Tio Ellinas (Strakka team).

Visser, a former member of the Red Bull Junior Driver programme, beat some really quick and experienced guys such as Sergey Sirotkin, Aurelien Panis, Nicholas Latifi and Pietro Fittipaldi.

Toronto's Nicholas Latifi endured a difficult week of testing, but managed to rank fourth on the final day, driving for Arden.
