The guest speaker at my Sales Conference today was Mike Babcock.

He's a pretty articulate speaker for a palucca.

Nothing earth shattering in terms of messaging, but he did a great job of incorporating our company's messaging into his talk.

You CAN tell he knows what he's doing in terms of being a leader, and working as part of a team. It was kinda cool.

I didn't take any pics, but I'm sure I'll find some in the coming weeks.

He's a fantastic coach. Watch his player's work ethics and how they handle themselves on and off the ice. That's leadership.







But he must have pissed someone off to be stuck in Detroit for so long....
 
Nope. Not much of a chance to get one.
We were stuck in the room after his talk and he was gone when we got out.

He did talk about how the players' work ethic makes a difference.
 
5. If you manage to score a touchdown while rounding 3rd, you get bonus points. :)
 
I believe those points are called "wickets" and you lose one if you leave cleat marks on the goal post.
