Finally moving on my 440.

Yep I have my 440 block getting bored .030 to matchup to my KB pistons. Wil be running about .003 piston to wall clearence with my quench dome KB pistons. I just spent $600. big ones on rings , bearings , oil pump , freeze plugs , pushrods , timing chain , dist bushing and what ever else I needed to start assembling my shortblock. My 906 heads are almost done and I have over 40 hrs in them already. I will come out right around 10.0 comp with a .040 to .050 quench. I also hope to be putting my frame connectors in real soon. I am shooting for late Oct or November to have her done but it just depends on how I feel so I can get it done. Ron

I would like to if I get it done before its to cold. But I wont rush it and if not I will shoot for next April. Ron
