FCAconfirmed today that it will separate from Ferrari, with an IPO of 10% of Ferrariin the third quarter and remaining shares to be issued to FCA shareholders in early 2016. This comes even as Ferrari leaders have been put in charge of development of the new Alfa Romeo lineup. (Read the rest) →
