FCA’s American roughly 44,000 hourly employees will walk home with an average of $6,000 in profit-sharing this year. The payments were part of the company’s 2015 collective bargaining agreement, and are based on the adjusted earnings before interest and taxes in North America.
This payment brings the average employee’s profit sharing to $29,000 since 2009.
