The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has hit Fiat Chrysler with another $35 million fine, in addition to the $105 million settlement announced in July. This is for failure to report safety datarequired by a 2000 law, and could carry another $35 million in penalties if the company does not conform to its July agreement.
