FCA names replacement for seriously ill CEO Sergio Marchionne

Complications from a surgical procedure on FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne’s shoulder last month have forced the automotive giant to replace him prematurely ahead of his scheduled retirement. This Saturday the 69-year-old Marchionne’s condition worsened dramatically, and he is said to be in a coma. FCA has named Mike Manley as his replacement.
