Durango question...

I dislike the styling of them with a passion. I don't know much else about them. I like the older style Durango and I especially like the Mexican Ramchargers. You should oughta import one of those ;)

Yeah, what are you, a glutton for punishment?

Take my advice, if you buy it, get rid of it before it goes much over 50k and starts falling apart like mine is.

Yeah...you guys are saying what I have been feeling....thanks for re-enforcing it. ;)

Whats wrong with the Magnum? I would consider it before the Durango..if I was to ever buy a new vehicle. [smilie=d:

But in your case XL considering the hex ma mopar has placed on you....well. [smilie=e:

Magnum is too small and offers 0 off road ability....I like to be able to tour moms property from time to time. ;) but the hex runs strong in this one, Obie wan.....

the new style ram, dakota, durango i hated at first but they have now grown on me and i actually think they look tough ...err i think....
better then a stinkin ford truck!
as for offroad ..get a jeep and give it a big rise and then it would be cool but noisy on the road

Jeep

Go with the Cherokee with the v8. I used to have a 88 with the 4.0 inline 6 and it was amasing what it could do. I used to live up in Northern Ontario and one time I came upon a guy with a Phord 4x4 trying to pull another vehicle out of the ditch and couldn't budge it. I said can I try and he just laughed at me. I said what do you have to lose as if I can't do it it's going to be a tow truck with a winch so he finally moed his precious 4x4 out of the way of the little Cherokee and I hooked up with the front tow hook and put her in reverse and it was a bit of a pull but out she came. The look on the Phord owner's face was priceless as the little one showed him up so badly.

Not a Truck for me...too plain inside compaired to my 99...love the hemi hate the mpg...the 5.9 in the 99 gets 11 mpg in town that new durango gets 8...
here in town they want 48.000 for a nice one..too much for what you get..imho

Jeep? been there, done a few....

I like that Jeep. One day I'll get me another Cherokee and hopefully make it a little more off-road worthy.
