Drowning deep in my sea of loathing...so I'm
Well I took the wagon to the street legal drags last night. The old girl perfomed good...did eight runs and she never complained. Couple farts and stumbles, but to be expected. Best time was 16.764 sec at 84.08 MPH...Foggy watch out...
My reaction times sucked...but started to get better near the end of the night.
Not bad for a stock 440 with 90K miles, a 727 with about the same milage, and a 2.76 open rear end....and all that in a 4000lb car with a 270lb driver.
I might go again next week....change a few things on the motor and see if it helps. I could easily see myslef snowballing into the drag racing thing with the wagon....I had a hoot.
