I thought the Car looked a bit odd running down the road. [smilie=2: The Road Runner was having the ladder bars installed correctly.

And those stands work great Thanks Chris (69x9x9)

See the RR progress here...;)

Hey Rob,
Those tires should fit good now :-)!!!
I went to the frame on mine when i did it. Got 17" of room so went with the 31x16.5 Hoosier QTP's. My ladders are spread out too.If i had a dig camera i could post some shots of my rear set up for ya to compare with.

If Chris rolls the lip back on the fenders, it should JUST fit. I would love to see the car sometime to look at how it comes together. I feel more comfortable that the car will be more stabile with the new spacing of the ladder bars.

Went to the track last saturday to see how the new suspension handles among other things. I kept it set up exactly like i run it on the street. The exhaust was on which slows things down 3 tenth's to be precise.Timing was at 28. And blower was underdriven and running on Sunoco 94. Well track conditions were really poor and i left the Hoosiers pumped up at 15lbs.It went arrow straight 7.0 flat @ 99.6 for 3 runs.I could have took my hand off the wheel it was that smooth. With the SS springs it was a fight all the way! Next time i go the exhaust will be off, timing cranked up, tires aired down for maximum bite, race fuel and switch the pulleys for more boost

Well glad to hear theres some melted rubber on those cherry rear quarters. Good first outing.

That's wild - did you have any trouble stopping it? It sure looks like it would want to nosedive under braking with all that weight up high.
