Diecast question.

Ok a girl at work asked me to track down a diecast of her car. It's a green 93 Intrepid. Can't find one anywhere. I know a few of you guys here are into the them so you got any leads? Also that put me on the hunt for one of my Jeep too. If possible I would like to track down a 93 Jeep GCL model kit. 2 if possible;) Thanks.

i dunno about the jeep..unshure they ever made one of that year or even at all
Yeah All I've found was the boxy versions. (body style previous to mine)

grand cherokee: for your style, there's the Lindberg 1/20 and a Tamiya 1/24, but the latter is a Limited, and I don't think that's what you wanted, right?
Solido did one in 1:18 metal, in red and gray. It's a 1995.
They did a LImited in black. The laredo is red.

The promo is the only model of an Intrepid that's viable

just for the hell of it, any die-casts of 1966 (late 65 to early 67 could be considered too) Dodge D100? How 'bout the 91-96 body style dakotas...if any of thats possible. I'm just curious now, because i didn't even think they would make a die cast of the intrepid that year in that body style.

Got links? If it's a plastic model kit I don't really care if it's Laredo or Limited. I can work around that if need be.
If diecast metal, Laredo is what I'm shooting for.

Tamiya is always expensive but the few open kits I have seen they seem worth the money for the attention to detail alone. Aside from the V8 I could work with that to make mine....hmmm thinking I can snag an I6 outta a CJ or Wrangler kit:hmmm:

Never tried a Tamiya kit because of the price.

Can't see why the engine couldn't be snagged out of another kit.
