Dammit because I went to Tiger Direct (we have two B&M TD stores here in Miami) last weekend to finally buy a projector and 100 inch screen I've been wanting since I was about 17 (in 1984) and they didn't have it...

Dammit again becuse I ended up working most of the day anyway so I wasn't able to install the cables or make some cables I (you know who you are).

WOOHOO!!! Because the items have shipped and are en route! The PAnasonic AE900U LCD projector with 720P and 1080i capability will soon be hanging from the ceiling projecting a 100 inch high def picture! WOO Fuckin HOO!

There will be pics...oh yes...there WILL be pics.

(I can't wait to see porn on the big big screen!):dance:
 
good god man, watching porn on a 100" screen would be like watching the jolley green giant and the 50' woman getting it on [smilie=2:
 
With a screen that big you could stand there naked and pretend that you're next...

lol! Not when "Where the Boys Aren't" volumes 1 through 17 are available! I'll be standing in front of the screen waiting to dive in! Like the male angler fish...lol! Now there's a guy that knows how it's done!
 
Sweet! You will love it, no doubt. We all go into the theater and make popcorn and have a great family time. :) :shifty: I watched Lava girl and shark boy in 3d. :D

PJ arrived today! Screen tomorrow! MMMMMMMMm oooooooooooo it feels goooooooooood yeah baby do it... ummmm I think I'll be getting to those interconnects a few days later than I thought... but c'mon... 100 inches of hi def splendor!
 
Well; seeing as my living-room TV is a 5-year-old 20-inch Apex, I can certainly understand your anticipation. I want to move up into the big leagues w/a 32", but the wife thinks a 27" is big enuff. Sigh.

100" tho? Can't really fathom it. I have a feeling tho it costs more than both the vehicles I own right now.;)

100 inches? Wow, my 48 inch now seems inadequate. :(

Sounds awesome mannye:dance: , mine is actually too big for our living room but will be just right for the rec room in the new house. :)

lol... actually 100 isn't THAT huge considering it's a 16:9 screen. I figure it would be more like 70 in regular TV. And as far as cost... it's not as much as you think. 2000 bucks with a 400 dollar rebate . At 1600 it's cheaper than most of the high def wide screen rear projectors out there, and the picture is absolutely incredible! I've been saving for this for about two years and the quality/price barrier and my budget finally merged this year when the 400 dollar rebate was announced!

I see ads in the newspaper for lesser HDTV'S and they are in the $6 to $10-thousand range!!!
