A new copycat class-action lawsuit has been filed in Michigan, copying one inCalifornia; both claim Ram has sold Cummins diesel engines with a “cheat device” in software.
The only company officially found to use such a device has been Volkswagen, which also usedit in its Audi and Porsche brands.
The Cummins diesels in question have already been recertified by the EPA for sale in 2017,
