if you had to pick one of these 2 colors for a 1971 Challenger which one would you choose? #1 is Q5 seafoam turquoise metallic, a 1969 only color which is lighter than B5 but a bit darker than B3 and has a slight greenish tint to it or #2 which is the original color for my car, EL5 butterscotch (or bahama yellow in plymouth) thanks for playing [smilie=e:

both are good colors, but the butterscotch is so unusual I would go for that just to be different

I'd definitely go with L5 with a white interior, and '71 R/T stripes... I prefer black for the stripes, but white is pretty as well.

Of course, were it my car, it'd have body-colored wheels with red-stripe dog-dish caps, and white-letter P255/60R-15 tires at all four corners. [smilie=e:

I will admit that Q5 looks good on later body styles with more lines and curves than the '69 B-cars one usually sees it on... and I also dig road wheels on A-bodies!

I saw a Butterscotch '69 Dart at Carlisle for sale with matching steelies and Redline Dog Dishes that Like Doc says was really nice! [smilie=e:

man that duster is GORGEOUS in that color!

I agree on the Butterscotch. it will be less maintainance than the Seafoam, especially if you need to do any scratch or chip repairs.

Mmmmmm.... Butterscotch

Definitley a cool and different colour. Goes good with a white gut, too.

(I spilled some on my belly once. It was a beautiful colour combo.)

I was the only one to vote Q5 so far. I think either colour would look very unique on that car but the butterscotch doesn't do much for appeal to me.

Same here, butterscotch IMO doesn't work on any bodystyle.
