OK guys, since this is Show and Tell, I'll put up a post about my '85. No pics but I'll get that dang camera working tomorrow and hopefully snap some. For now, its details.
Truck is a 1985 Dodge D-150 Royal SE Prospector LWB. White with a blue interior. Bought it with a 318 in it that was flooding due to an electric pump that had too much pressure. Took out part of the block trying to pry the timing cover off over a broke bolt, so it sat in my yard for a year before I messed with it.
Got a '79 Club Cab with a 360-2 that was beat, so that motor is in the Truck backed by a Van 727. original 8 3/8 3.55 open rearend. Motor is stock, but has '88 5th Ave acessories on it, '73 kickdown linkage, and '92 Magnum exhaust manifolds and duals. PIA to use those Manifolds, dont even try without a kickdown cable and the correct dipstick and tube.
Wheels are off that same '92, they are the aluminum 15x7 holed ones with the big round center cap. 235/75/15 tires, though I have some 30" michelins I want to use on it.
It still needs shocks all the way around, and I want to put a sway bar on it that I've got on a frame out back. Eventually will get to re-doing it but for now its a tow rig and it pulls really good.
