Good day at the races today.
The Mopar 250 ran at Delaware Speedway - just outside of London, Ontario.
Mopars finished 1-2-3!
First in was Ron Beauchamp in his new Dodge Charger #60. His car was REALLY fast arount the half-mile oval.
Second place went to my guy Dave Whitlock #39. He ran his last-year body style Intrepid (new Charger body wasn't ready) and damn near caught Beauchamp in the closing laps.
Third went to Mark Dilley in his new Charger #9. This is the one I painted last weekend and it sustained very little body damage.
Not many touch-ups this week!
Some really good racing for the afternoon. There's nothing like the sound of 500+hp racing engines coming off the corner flat out.
