yeah great story's(theres ALOT of diferent storys depending on the source)...i dont think a "true" story has surfaced as of yet......ALOT of cool "micro" and "mini" cars in that collection.....as well as alot of very rare stuff

Seems the guy is alive and well. He sealed the barn once it was full. He only opened it up to have the photographer document his collection, lovely dream though.
