That '70 is pretty sweet! I'm not looking to get divorced, so I can't...

buy it for her then!

the 70 is a sweetheart..ex arizona airforce rig..still wearing the decals on the passenger door and all the plaqs and stickers in the gut you only see on milspec rigs also

i should mention this

the 68 truck is a factory tach, bucket seat with buddy/arm/console ...auto shift on the dash bigblock...
the 70 is a 4spd 4wd 318 converted to buckets..pretty sure they are van/truck buckets

the 68 fish..40k mile 273 comando 4spd ALL the suspension is poly and the brakes were 100% new save for the lines when parked..was a 3spd slanty car..has a correct v8 k member and hump..it is a drum brake car but i did it up to the big abody drums

I want that Barracuda so badly, I can taste it. I simply can't justify spending that plus transport at the moment, damn it.

That '70 short box gets me all giddy. :)

Brother-in-law in Calgary has a '61 shorty Sweptline Power Wagon... I drool over it every time I'm out there.

those 2 shortys are sweethearts...but i only need 1 truck not 5.....at this point if ppl keep draggin feet localy they will get cut up and scrapped..shame for being as solid as they are

she will sell or ill come down further on price till she does.....shame shipping can get crazy..atleast with you id have updates on it

the lancia sold and went to a guy who knew its ENTIRE history prior to me getting it..which..if any of you remember i was doing this car for a budyy who died of cancer..so..it going to a good home was a requirement...someone who knew its history was a massive bonus

This reminds me of a diatribe I wrote in 2011 or so called "Improving the Life of the Chinese People".

What's the story on the '68 4X4? More pics? Does it have to be moved quickly, or can it sit until spring? I'll figure out something to tell the better half...:toot:

both the 60s trucks have found homes..let em go cheep at that..same goes for the lancia

tho..the lancia is something special entirely...the guy called me up and told me its ENTIRE history from port of entry till he lost track of it in norther cali..basicly 1-2 owners before we got ahold of it..keep in mind that car was bought for a friend and was a long term project..i lost him to cancer and got ALL his toys to make sure they went to the "right" homes

If I wasn't trying to clean house and sell the Desoto....I'd be sorely tempted to get that 70...just never see a short box 4wd version!

yeah good homes at the very least...the dark one went south the step went north..both to guys who had more of them
