Candied Cheez-It Crackers
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 box Cheez-It® crackers
1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.Once smooth, turn off the heat and stir in the baking soda.
3. Pour the box of Cheez-It® crackers onto your prepared baking sheet, then drizzle the caramel mixture evenly over top.Bake the crackers for 1 hour, stirring and tossing them around every 15 minutes.
4. Let cool completely before enjoying!
