I will be porting heads

I really will :giggedy: :nanna: :2thumbs: :calvin:

Yes i could have built some but I do not have welder and this works so why reinvent it

This was all from the e bay store I posted the link to ( I gave you all the chanch )

He has more mopar tools ( and nonMoPar stuff too but who cares) see his site

I already have a large stock of heads and my plan is to buy rebuildable motors and it is not a lot more to buy them complete with heads.
I would then build the blocks with new heads and then port the heads and sell them.
But the first thing I have on tap is 5 factor factorial experiment That I will analyze using ANOVA or regression analysis.

I will Compare Small block Heads I own ported J heads and Stock 273 heads I will add 302 heads then ( when I can afford it ) the Indy cylinder head modified Edelbrock sold by ICH as IE-1AS.

I will design a experiment to try the different heads on a 273, 318 and a 360 with 3 different cams and 3 different intakes.

As long time MoPar nuters may remember I did a lot of research and development at intel on plasma reactors and cold wall CVD reactors. My plan is to take the same level of data collection and blind analysis and use it to build the best motors for my friends and customers of Robertson /Tech only through pure R and D will we know both the best cheap head and the best and combos for price and power.

Also if Dr Jass ever shows his head again Dr W will have data to settle the argument if 273's 2536178 or 318's 302 work best on cheap build up.

I am hoping that as I post all this info on the web site that DCF is helping me to set up, it will both inform the masses and send me customers.

Sounds like you got one hell of a plan going!!! Best of luck with it and uhm,...

would you consider a certain Jeep 4.0 for a nice llittle project?
:shifty::D

...or a pair of 318 Polysphere heads

Not like I would want something like that...or anything.

For motors that do not get a lot of aftermarket parts like the poly ( there is only one ported head avail that I know of) and the jeep 4.0 also has a limited supply ( one ) so I can not really run a factorial experiment. I do have access to lots of heads for poly and jeep motors so I have the raw parts to start with just not a wide selection of options. Like on the LA

Well according to my Haynes manual I believe I have the NP/NV242.

Tim
I am not a expert on this t case but it looks strong the 4 is the load rating i think for more info see so it should handle a slightly hotter 4.0. But like I said I have not ever built a jeep using this t case. just a dana 18 and a NP203
