ok any sugjestions on sticking and stuck calipers?...consider them NOT replaceable ..also consider it highly unlikely that i can find a rebuild for them
also how would i go about knowing what size MC i need for a brake system..an OE is NOT availible at this time
If the cups are pitted you are more than likely screwed. Lift the dust seal out with a screwdriver and spray some penetrating oil in there and gently try to move it in and out until it breaks free and then charge some low pressure air into the line fitting hole to remove the piston. Once its apart you can hopefully find a seal from another application that will work.
I've used this method several times to seperate stuck calipers,
Find a grease zert to fit the inlet or bleeder fitting, or a combination of fitting. Then use an old fashioned grease gun and fill the caliper with grease. It will push the piston right out.
A grease gun is capable of pushing over 2000# of pressure.
