bought a w200 tonight

Robertson_Tech

Dopameans and SodaPals proud dad.
I was driving around pueblo colorado trying to find a place to live and I saw a collection of mostly mopars and out front was a 67-71 dodge w200 needs a windshield body looks OK.

I knocked on the door no one home and as it was on lawn not driveway I left a note with my cel phone but did not get close.

He called a few hrs later the 383 needs some bottom end work ( rod knock )but it will start and is complete, he wanted 350 I told him sold w/o even looking closer.

It looks like orginal paint no big holes one head light not mounted correctly. I am tired of hauling motors around in the dart...

Sure it needs some time and money as of now I have both so..

Robertson tech just bought a shop truck..

now the show stopper there was he has a 67 -68 cuda notch back that looks mean and a bunch of 80s daytonas the first thing I thought of was Dr. Jass talking about v8 caravans plans working with the daytonas.

I asked he does read MoParNuts....

sounds like you got a sweet score...i dont like the hood on the 69-71's i prefer the older hood line with the sweet lines...one things for certain those trucks were built to last..dont ever try pounding a dent out without ear plugs

:2thumbs:Looks like a sweet deal.

Only a Nutter "I was looking for a place to live and bought a truck" :bwuhaha:

here the deal it is camper special in gold has had a fender bender LF fender is a replacement the RF has a few dents. All the trim is there almost no rust ( a little under the floor mat but not thru) the dash and doors are good for a driver the seat is long gone. Has the camper special 3 gas tanks with stock looking selector nice ish wagon wheel rims with the same size tires I am pulling off the jeep 235/85/16 load range d.

Stock 383 4 V 4 speed /w power steering and brakes.

Thinking about 496. stroker kit (4.250" stroke/6.535" rod) then again the stock intake and carb would have to go..... might just leave it stock
