Beat To Death Chicken

This recipe can be adjusted to feed how ever many faces you need to.
Feeds 3 or 1 hungry mofo.

3 fresh chicken breast (thawed frozen can be used)
1 pkg sliced portabella mushrooms (can be switched out for ham or veggie)
1 pkg or 1 lb of bacon
cellophane wrap
wire rack and a pan that rack fits in to catch drippings
meat hammer or large solid pot
name of someone who stresses you out (not required but really helps relieve stress)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

place chicken breast between the folds of cellophane wrap

pound chicken breast flat while screaming the name of the person who is stressing you out

catch breath and relax a minute

remove chicken breast from wrap and lay flat

place slices of mushrooms across one end of breast

roll breast around mushroom

wrap 4-5 strips of bacon around rolled breast (toothpick optional)

place breast on wire rack / pan

cook in oven for 1 hour....enjoy

I serve this with cheezy mash tators and green beans
 
USE BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS! The pulverized bones are PURE HELL on there way out! Now I know why the dog yelps like he does after eating chicken bones!
 
Sounds easy, and tasty....Gonna have to try this!! How long do you cook them for in the oven?

And as Fishy would say...."You had me at bacon...."....:D
 
Just tried this one tonight. Would have been good if "I" hadn't decided to try and add a little chopped garlic....YUK didn't do anything for the taste, in fact over powered and ruined it. :(

Next time I will try it with the ham and cheese in the middle, and NO GARLIC!!
 
:bravo::bravo:Tried it last night with brown sugar baked ham and mild cheddar in the middle, I thought I cooked too much, ha, they killed them off, luckily I saved myself some before I served...

The only thing that sucked was I had a tooth bothering me, and I couldn't eat until later... but, they were just as good cold, that's what my finacee told me anyway
