Bad mechanic - how do you collect

Looking for some experience....I had a mechanic work on my show car and ended up paying a bunch of money to get his work fixed. Took him to small claims court and received a judgement. How do I get my money from him? I know there are "till taps", garnishments, and liens I can put on his property. Any experience out there with this type of problem?
 
I believe you'd have to get the court to arrange a garnishment... but I've never had to do it.
 
Talk to my buddy Tony Randazzo. He'll have the money is 24 hours.


But seriously, talk to the courts. I think they can set you up to get that parsley.
 
I hope you aren't "in line" We have to wait until loser boy's kids turn 18 (child support)and a couple other garnishments (rents, bills power companies) are paid.
 
lets see now--- in Canada there is --- Louie The Loafer, Jackie One Eye, 3 Fingers McGurk( he is fast). there is Jack Stand Fill, Tony The Fat Guy( he has 4 teeth). then there is Billy 2 Legs, and Pitcher.....take your pick. they will work a deal your able to handle. they live in various places that seem to be nice but i wouldn,t say -hey i like the place--- i would want to meet them thru a friend. then there is Billy The Moose( he,s a midget)now he is fun. it,s up to you .. then there is your basic court system-hahaha....hey there is always Alfie the Fag--- he just bl-ws them away.. figeratively speaking of course..pretty well everything they do is non - refundable and if you have any complaints about how they work - it is just better to say thankyou and smile like you mean it:bwuhaha::bwuhaha::bwuhaha:
