I went the the Stafford Spring swap meet to pick up a driver side fender for my 79 Powerwagon tha I bought from Auto body specialties. They agreed to meet me there which save me a hour travel time. The fender looked real good accept it was the wrong side (passeneger side). I was talking to Roger the owner of Autobody Specialties and he explain that the box was miss marked from the factory and repeatedly appologized for the mix up. So I drove the two hour trip the next weekend to picked up the fender. Roger knocked off $25 for my trouble (fender retails for $109). I replaced the fender over the weekend and it fits well. Next thing to do is primer and paint the whole truck.

Been up there twice, bout 2 hours for me, but worth the trip, can't say everything fit perfectly but they don't make em & they did help out without a hassel when i had a problem with the marker light hole on the quarter, we went into the warehouse & all 5 he had were cut the same way(hopefully the heads up will fix the stamper at the factory producing the stuff) but he filed em out for me & we had a BS session about the cars while he did it! Good People! Rich.
