Guys, many of you know Lynda Marshall. I'm not sure if she still posts to this site, but I thought I'd send a word out that she lost her husband Mike to cancer. He passed on Sunday Feb. 26th. here is the obituary I found on the funeral home's website. He will surely be missed by all that knew him. [smilie=a:
[B]After a brief, courageous struggle with cancer, Mike passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, on Sunday, February 23, 2014, in his 62nd year. Beloved husband of Lynda (Perrow). Loved son of the late George and Frances Marshall. Dear brother of Judith, Linda, Charles and George. Mike was an avid drag racer and will be sadly missed by all of his friends in the racing community. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, February 27 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario Veterinary College-Pet Trust Fund, would be appreciated by the family.
