an old skit stuck in my head...HELP

ok..so i have something in my head and im wracking my brain trying to figure out if i made it up or where ive seen it from

its an old naselyish voice..kinda like droopy dog but not quite...walking up to ppl asking "have you seen my dog"

what the hells it from?...mom says shes seen it on a western :hmmm:
 
I know not evenclose but makes me think of Adam Sandler? ..."you kicked my dog"...(east Indian accent)
 
I remember a cartoon like that. A similar question to that, asked to one of the characters many times throughout (it was not part of the plot). Ended with the same question, a firm "NO!", and "WELL HERE HE IS! TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT HIM!" :D
 
THATS JUSt it i may be remembering the words wrong but i can HEAR that voice in my head...only finding it will get rid of it

I may be wrong--I haven't seen it in years--but if it's actually a cartoon I'm betting it was a Walter Lantz deal.

thats sooooooooooo almost the voice...course..him not being sadish is making it not sound right im sure
 
w...can you find the "right" skit with him saying what i think im hearing?..id start searching but the nets slower in bc
