An old lady walks into her doctors office for a check up and everything turns out good for her.
The doc asks "anything else bothering you?"
Lady says "well i have these wrinkles on my face what options do i have to get rid of them?"
"well there is the plastic surgery to correct it, but its pretty exspensive" the doc states
"Whats the price for plastic surgery?" The old lady question
doc replies "about $5000"
The old lady gasps at the thought of the money she would have to spend
The doc decides that this lady needs to know "Well there is a cheaper cure for the wrinkles"
The lady is all excited and asks what her other option was
The doc tells her that all he would have to do is put a hex nut on the top of her head with a few strings attached to her cheeks and everytime she thought she was looking old she would just had to tighten the hex nut.
The lady is in awe and very interested and asks the doc how much that procedure would cost
The doc says that it would cost about $300
Sure enough the old lady goes through the surgery and leaves the doctors office all happy about her new younger look.
3 weeks later she comes back to the doctor and tells her doc that she has bags under her eyes. How can i get rid of those?
The doc goes on to tell her that she tightened the hex nut too much and her tits were under her eyes
The old lady then exclaims
