The 49th Annual Easter Jeep® Safari brought the Jeep brand back to Moab, Utah for another off-road adventure in the desert. For nearly half a century, Jeep vehicles have been taking on trails like Moab Rim, Cliffhanger and the infamous Hell’s Revenge. The Jeep brand has made it a tradition to unveil new concept vehicles, featuring Jeep Performance Parts from Mopar, for a crowd of eager and enthusiastic Moab adventure seekers. This year was no exception. Take a look at the elevations we climbed and the people we met in the desert this year. The Legend of Moab The Easter Jeep Safari has been going strong for nearly half a century, since getting its start in 1967 thanks to the Moab Chamber of Commerce. What originally began as a one-day tour of the desert grew in popularity until Red Rock 4-Wheelers, Inc took over in 1982 to accommodate the increasing number of participants. The event has since grown into a nine-day adventure that encompasses over 100 trails, guided tours, showcases and events.
