A little head work !

I have been getting a little done on my 63 in between working on my buddies 67 Stang and my fighting this damn authritas pain. I actually milled my heads and started porting these 906's a few months ago. I plan to go back over to my brother's shop so I can open up the seats for these 2.14's and 1.81 valves I bought from Mancini. Then I will cut the guides and set the spring height's and finish blending the bowls to the seats and do some more polishing. Then its time to cc and see if I hit the 9.8 to 10.0 comp I plan to run. I should be right in the ballpark with the KB pistons .025 in the hole on my 400. I may have to mill a tad more and use the thicker head gasket if I come out to high as I want this to run on 93 pump. Hey Ron, excellent work...the big valve 906's should work great on the 400 with the 557 solid. The project is coming around nicely....i'm sure it'll raise a few eyebrows once you get her dialed in [smilie=e:

Hope you're feeling better and managing the pain....sounds like you've been busy working on stuff for friends which is very cool. Have a nice restful thanksgiving down there, relax and take er easy for a day, eat some bird and watch some ball on the tube....
