68's next project

WOW time capsule.....40k miles and even has the 8 track

i still say a 2dr wagoon useing the doors from a 2dr volare/aspen grafted into the wagoon would be WICKED..or better yet the same 2dr setup as a sedan delivery(aka panel wagon)

Been there....done that.......after you've done something it's boring to do it again.......:dgt:

.....maybe that's why I ended up divorced twice.:hmmm:

A friend in highschool, his dad ordered a Volarie station wagon new...here's how it was ordered...E58-360/4bbl, 4speed OD manual tranny, 3.21 suregrip, power everything, A/C, red with woodgrain and red vinyl with cloth inserts in the interior, buckets and console....I loved this car and told them to call me when they wanted to sell it....years later I found it they sold it to some low renter and I believe the car is rusting away beside some crack house now....sad end to a very rare car.

It would have to be 1-of-1, actually. The 4-speed could not be ordered in F-/M-bodies behind anything larger than a 318-2v, at least in the States. Not saying it didn't get built--seen it too many times--but the order sheets plainly showed the 4-speed as /6 and 318-2v only.

sexy!!! but i never liked the grill/bumper combo on them...still wicked..drop some RR decaling on it and enjoy

It was legit as I was into mopars by this time and I decoded the tag and she was an E58 and a D21??

This has caused me to wonder about this car again...I think I will see if I can track it down and see....
