67 dart

69.5CUDA

Blah Blah Blah
im digging her out for XL..fishy has a vague idea of the work its going to take to move it from its current resting place...pics to follow later...as its overcat trying to rain humid and hot enuf to warnt no shirt..but moveing LARGE chunks of cut apart cudas means thats a bad idea LOL..as it stands ive moved 1 rolling fronnt clip 3 roofs 3 SETS of rear quarters(with fenderwell and floor sections) 2 halves of a cowl and 2 sets of floors..all 67-68-69 cuda fastbacks

once i eat and cool down ill go out and snap some pic's for ya XL

PS anyone need some cuda sheetmetal?

bloody muggy day...and the dart descided to kick and scream its way out...snaped my boat winch cable ..had to fix it..then found the problem...back passenger side tire locked up....not a big deal considering ive got enuf 7 1/4 rears to build a 10x10 lol (dont worry xl ill free it up) just have to drag it to the pavement befor i can jack it up sooo i now have a 50foot trench dug by the back tire lol..anyway heres some pics of todays mission

That Dart looks pretty good.
Thank you!

One of my customers is big into 67 - 69 Barracudas, and I know he's looking for some sheetmetal.
But he's cheap. :(

What kind of $$$ would you be looking at for a pair of quarters?

ill warn you on the quarters..the lower rears are missing the bottom 2 inches or are extreamly soft there...but otherwise straigh solid ....but short of them going with however the dart is hauled...shipping em would be a bitch and a half...course if specific chunks were desired i could cut them down..i dunno see what he wants to pay and make me an offer and there yours to deal with...on a side note the fenderwells and front floor pans and front clip sections could be used on darts as well if someone needs......i need to clear some of this stuff out so some of its getting scraped this summer ...no IF AND's OR BUTTS about it

i have 1 PERFECT front clip ..inner fenders frame rails firewall and cowl cut off just past the torsion bar cross member another one thats rolling but the upper cowl was hit by a tree ..both are rust free..hell even the battery hole in the inner fenders isnt rusted out both from cuda's but could be used on any A...2 rolling rear clips..cut off just in front of where the rear rails start and cut down the floor pan just inside of the wheel well..soo there basicly good rail transplants and floor sections for the most part..ive also got some lower rockers as well

If things go the way I hope they will, I can drag a high-sided car trailer behind the carhauler when I get things straightened around to come out that way. Then I can haul fenders, doors, rear clips, etc, yet still have a car on the hauler.

I'm having a hard time getting the hauler's engine and tranny install finished with limited income.

I finally got the engine botled to the tranny, then setting in the thing to customize the tranny mount, which I bolted in to-day.
Right now I'm on to the fact that I need to get the front driveshaft section shortened. While I'm waiting to get it done, I'll be hooking up the clutch, fuel, radiator and wiring, getting it ready to start up.

It's all happening in slow motion, due to lack of funds.
But it IS happening.

Mark.

soooo mark i asume your the one thats likely to be comeing this way eh..sigh i was hopeing to meet xl in person lol..but at this point any user will do lol..btw i know all about slow motion lol

well she's out and on solid pavement so i can r&r that rear wheel so it will roll freely again..shot a slew of pics..will see about getting it as high in the air as i can for some belly shots but i cant promise much lol....theres a shot in there many of you on the east coast have never seen ..a trunk floor with no rust holes in it LOL....notice the tags say 85..she wasnt on the road long..i eyeballed the front suspension and the bushing still look good LOL..the uppers arnt cracked the boots are still soft and plyable

rear shocks are gone as well as the gas tank..tho i think ive got a tank i can toss into the trunk lol...and NO you cant have my spare set of 4spd pedals LOL..well not unless im sure ive got another spare set since i didnt know i had this set lol

in the trunk there is a FULL set of lowere chrome..was told thats the GT stuff..as well as all but the driver door upper chrome set..im sure theres more parts around to get tossed into it

well those are some of the nicest lenses ive seen short of repops..no cracks..the chrome isnt show..but still very nice..wish i had a replacement for that upper piece of tail chrome tho anyone with a lil skill could fix it as its very minior....what can i say about the dash...someone was makeing a dash for a racecar...i like the concept but it wasnt well done...much like the welding of the trim holes on the body..extreamly low heat ZERO penitration means grind it off and the welds were never there
