checked and changed too many times to remember has 2 auxillary fans

Have you tried substitiuting a 3 core aluminium rad? I once ran a four core rad that gave me issues until an old racer pointed out that on a four core the inner cores actually help heat each other instead of cooling. I went to a three core with elliptical channels and never had an issue again. Just a thought.

high volume pump, 4 cores.... me thinks it just doesn't have time to do it's job.

When it approaches hot, shut it off for a minute and check the fan clutch.
