ok ive gotten into "scale" r/c rock crawling..and "scale" trucks do not allow a dig....there logic is that its to hard to put a dig on a 1:1 truck...HOWEVER a dig exists in a PRODUCTION 4x..ALL subaru 4x4's have a dig
whats a dig you ask?...a dig is the ability to "unlock" the rear from the engine..basicaly makeing a 4X4 a FWD which is usefull in crawling and climbing........
but thats only part 1 of a dig..
part 2 is "locking" the rear in place via an E-brake while still unlocked from the engine and front end
initialy my brain was saying turn a dodge transfercase around and you have a dig...well that was just dumbassed as it would still opperate the same way......obviously the "cheat" way to do it would be to run a front axle locking hub setup in the rear....lets just rule that out for now
soo now for the question..and guys think outside of the box but try and think of "stock" parts and ways to do it with wrecking yard parts.....how would one put a "dig" unit onto say ANY 72-80 dodge truck/ramcharger
