1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer - $29,900 - Bemus Point, NY - Grand Wagoneer by Classic Gentleman, internationally recognized as a leading buyer & seller of low mile excellent condition Grand Wagoneers has a real collectible here once again. Presented here is a 1991 Final Edition Jeep Grand Wagoneer in the highly sought after Midnight Blue Metallic. Only 1560 Grands were made in their last year of production and of those, most now, if still on the roads, have very high miles & are in average condition or less. Then, when you find one in beautiful condition, low miles and in one of the most sought after Grand Wagoneer colors, you have a prize in front of you.
Until our purchase, this one has had just 2 long term & careful owners since new. Both of them lived in the southern state of Virginia, protected from the heavy snows we enjoy here in the Northeast US. She was even tucked away at night with a car cover. They kept the car's original manufacturer's factory jacket complete from the original owner's manuals right down to the salesman's business card.
That Midnight Blue Metallic paint matched against the wood grain trimmings is the perfect classic Grand Wagoneer look. That exterior is in very good condition indeed with just the to be expected but still low # of wear & age marks found on a 25 year old collectible. Same goes for the exterior bright work & wheels. All in all, one smart & appealing outside wrapper.
This Final Edition interior is in excellent condition all the way. From the headliner down through the seats and into the carpeting, simply superb. The power options are all operating correctly with the exception of the routinely troublesome power door locks. Some type of a poltergeist haunts the power locks which seem to only half work & only when your not watching them. All the other options are operation. That includes the power windows, power mirrors, power seats, cruise control & the updated AM/FM/CD along with the heat & air conditioning.
The engine & transmission have been fully inspected & both are running in top form. Same goes for the 4 wheel drive (High) setting for highway use. We don't service the 4 wheel drive (Low) setting, used for trails or mud bogging. That option tends to freeze up over years of non use & most of our customers would never use it.
Carfax & Autocheck both confirm the 2 long term southern owners along with the 102,900 actual miles & no accidents being reported on this classic.
