1990 Dodge Dakota - $3,750 - Dallas, TX - 1990 Dodge Dakota Convertible, In 1989 change came in the form of unusual variations on the basic Dakota. The weirdest was the first convertible truck offered by a manufacturer since the early days of Ford's Model T pickup. "On the surface, a pickup truck with a flop top makes as much sense as a steel baseball mitt," Car and Driver wrote upon its first exposure to the Dakota Convertible. "But everyone knows that most pickups actually live a life of leisure. So if people are buying pickups for the fun of owning a car alternative, why not go full-frivolous and build a sun-worshipping, let's-go-to-the-beach party animal?" For sale is a 1990 Red Dodge Dakota Convertible truck. Only 909 were made. Truly a collectors item. Engine runs great with new components. Interior and top are in good shape with a little wear for age. This truck is sure to turn heads and is fun to drive. Must see to appreciate. Contact Audrey 561-379-4821.

what about the bronco's, jeeps, rc's, k5's ...arguably they are unit bodys in the fact the cab and bed are all one part...and someones going to say but its a folding soft top...jeepsteer hello!?!?!?

its a good price tho for such a rare truck

They're not classified as trucks, for one thing... they're classified as station wagons by both manufacturer and most states. They don't have a separate cargo area. Avalance? Truck. Suburban? Station wagon.
