Cars this age in GA don't have titles. They have the registration (commonly called a "tag receipt") and a bill of sale only. Trying to get a title out of those morons at the GA DMV is like pulling teeth... I refused to not have one for the Bitch, and caused quite a ruckus in order to get one.
The body-colored bumpers only accentuate the missing hood and decklid fillers, not that painting the bumpers on the '73-'74 cars ever looks good. Of course, the SE stuff is gone, which in this case is a huge plus. Overall not a bad car once it had bumper fillers (or earlier bumper brackets to pull them close to the body) and chrome bumpers reinstalled.
It's not Petty Blue, either. It's Super Blue, but idiots make the mistake all the time. The only Mopar ever offered in Petty Blue was the '70 Superbird.
