Nope. Even an E-body doesn't command that kind of money with a "if it ain't body color, paint it black" attempt at restoration. There's either a lot of dye or a lot of money into swapping the interior over to black, but where are the door inserts? Why is the trunk black, along with the whole grille and tail panel? Who allowed Ronnie Milsap to "restore" the engine bay?

At $20K less, I think this is still a tough sell.
