Hi all,

Another thing I need to get rid of-a '72 duster project car. It's currently a rolling chassis. I have conversion mounts to put a big block in it, though it's originally a 318 auto car. The front suspension has been rebuilt except for the tie rod ends. For some reason the previous owner didn't do those, which are the easiest part of the suspension job. Upper/lower control arm bushings and balljoints are all new. The ubiquitous taillight rust the '72s are known for HAS BEEN FIXED WITH METAL, not bondo. A rust hole in the right quarter panel has also been fixed with metal. I helped do it, under the direction of a buddy of mine who has actually been trained in bodywork. I think the complete interior is there, though it has been taken out. The car will need floorpans and a trunkpan. The rear axle that came in the car is a 7 1/4. A 3.21-geared one legger 8 1/4 will be in the car instead. There's probably some stuff bought new for the car by the previous owner that I'm forgetting, but will be included. The fenders and hood are not on the car currently, but are included. There is no title as Alabama cars did not have titles until the 1975 model year, so the document does not exist. This should not be a problem to a buyer in another state-the fact of pre-'75 AL cars not having titles is well known. Price is $1000. I will ship this car if the buyer wants. If so, shipping arrangements are completely up to the buyer. The car rolls, and I can be there to help load it.

A buyer wanting to build a big block car out of it may want to check out some of the other stuff I have for sale on this board-I have plenty of big block chrysler stuff for sale.
