It's probably a fun car with 3.91's and a 4 gear, but even if it weren't green it's still $15,000 too high.:(
 
Yeah, other than the paint, the full vinyl top (which doesn't work on these cars) and the exhaust system, it's got all the right moves. Other than the electronic ignition it's a pretty solid restoration under the hood, but the chassis work leaves a lot to be desired. Who thought textured paint on the hood was a good idea?

There's a lot of nice work here but much left to be done. Rhe market's never been as strong for the '71 cars--particularly with their emasculated 300-horse (gross) base engine--as it is for the earlier squared-off offerings. Maybe that's because they signify the end of an era.
