1970 challenger r/t 440 6 pack auto dana 60 *SOLD*

Hi all,
Most of you have probably seen the thread I started elsewhere on the board about that challenger. A quick rundown for those that haven't-it is indeed a v code '70 challenger, with a 4.10 dana 60. The original engine is long gone, replaced by an engine I intend to remove before sale-I don't know if the transmission is original or not, but the dana 60 is still in the car. The major problem with this car is rust-tons of it. Not enough that it's unrestorable, or that it would end up being a rebody, but it's a lot. It'll need new driver's side front floorpan, trunk floor, very rear of framerails, entire roof (pillars are rotted), maybe front fenders, and several other areas. On the good side, the original interior (needing restoration) is all there, the doors are unrusted and good, all glass is there, and all documentation is there. The dash vin, the fender tag sequence number, the cowl stamped sequence number, and the radiator support stamped sequence number all match the broadcast sheet for the car. In short, there's no question that this is an original v code challenger.
To avoid re-posting the pictures of the car, here's a link to the other thread on this board with the pictures:

Ok, the car is on egay now. The listing hasn't appeared yet, but should any time now.

Gotta lotta rust :hmmm: but....it's a V code with a Dana... wish I was rich, :( or at least better off than I presently am :shifty:

Well, the car has sold on ebay. I won't really count it sold until it's gone and I have the 10 grand in hand. It was listed for about 1/2 an hour or less, and I got an automated email saying it had sold. Sure enough, someone clicked the buy it now button. I see that same individual bought a '73 barracuda from somewhere else in AL, paying $5500 using the buy it now feature. They got good feedback from that transaction, so I think this one will probably go ok. Just makes me nervous when someone buys a $10k car sight unseen over the internet and doesn't even ask me any questions beforehand.

Ok, now it's sold for real. The guy's shippers came and picked the car up yesterday.
