From the estate of Kenneth Scruggs. The car has been in inside climate controlled storage since his death 2 years ago. The car was being restored and is in very nice condition, new paint, new chrome, new interior, new 4 wheel brakes, new exhaust, centerlines, new tires, many extra parts, rebuilt 383 with automatic. All work’s, 2 years old but has had 0 miles since done and looks like new.
